The breakfast was great! It was fully stocked even when we arrived later in the morning. Everything was delicious! Staff was very helpful and friendly when I had to move my reservation to a new night super last minute. Our room was spacious and beautiful and clean and comfortable! The neighborhood is very safe! I’m moving to Little Rock and traveled with all my belongings. It made me nervous to leave my stuff in my car overnight but after arriving, I wasn’t nervous at all, this area is very nice and safe! Being a hotel not dog friendly, they were very respectful of my service dog which was very appreciated!

We loved the beds, the staff that welcomed us was phenomenal, our housekeeper Ms. Hernandez was exceptional. Thank you she was right on time. The man who welcomed us in could have been a little more friendly, but hey. Over all the night, attendee was there she was great even Saturday her energy was very welcoming and she did not disappoint. My apologies for no names. But we were moving so fast, it completely slipped my mind to write them down.

Got the room with the rolling shower this time for my disabled husband. He enjoyed it very much . I had a problem with my reservation that was my fault and Evan fixed it really quick over the phone. It is always such a pleasure to deal with Evan. I had no problem checking in. America remembered my name from last time and that's a nice touch

The initial check in was uncomfortable. The guy seemed upset that I requested to see the room first before completing the reservation. After we were able to get past this moment everything was great and all other staff members were awesome. I will definitely use this hotel again when I visit my grand kids.

the disabled room was very nice and very comfortable great for my husband who was having back surgery at UAMS. the location is great if you have business at any of the hospitals near UAMS
